TRB stands for Teachers Recruitment Board. It’s part of Tamil Nadu’s School Education Department. TRB holds exams for teaching jobs. These include Post Graduate Teachers (PGT). It also recruits Graduate Teachers (GT). Block Educational Officers (BEO) are hired. Physical Education Teachers (PET) are also recruited. TRB selects the best candidates. TRB Exam Eligibility Requirements

Education Needed
PG TRB (Post Graduate Teachers): You need a Master’s degree. It should be in the subject you teach. A 50% mark is usually required. Reserved groups need 45%. A B.Ed. degree is also mandatory.
Graduate Teachers (GT): A Bachelor’s degree in your subject is needed. Get at least 50% marks. A B.Ed. or similar teaching degree is required.

Salaries follow Tamil Nadu government pay scales. PG TRB Teachers earn about ₹37,200 to ₹1,18,500. They get a ₹5,400 grade pay. Graduate Teachers earn ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400. Their grade pay is ₹4,800. BEOs earn ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400. They have a ₹5,400 grade pay.
